The annual Pat Allen Ladies Triples competition was held at the club on Sunday. Matches were played in good spirit and were hard fought and very competitive as each team tried to build up points. It all went down to the wire with the last two matches that were played. The two contending teams both needed to win their last games in order to be the outright winners. Pravina Welham, Jacki Lightfoot and Kim Lazenby drew their last game and were worthy runners up. Alison Storm, Jayne Weare and Elaine Miller won their last game and were presented with the glass trophy by Pat Allen herself.
